Learn about early and modern farming in the state. Topics such as foods harvested by Native Americans, the state’s arid climate, the vital role of irrigation, sugar beets as an important crop, and modern farming techniques are addressed through photographs, illustrations, and text. Fort Caspar Museums summer hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week. Admission prices are $3 for adults; $2 for youth (ages 13-18 years); and free for children (12 years and younger) and for museum members. Saturday summer drumming Casper Community Drum Circle announces its summer schedule. For August, we will meet for community wide and free sessions on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month (August 9 and 23). We meet at 10 a.m. at 112 S.
